Micheala Luck - CEO

Micheala Luck is an executive and engineer with a decade of experience in defense, national security, and federal modernization. She specializes in systems engineering, artificial intelligence, and digital transformation, delivering high-impact solutions to complex government challenges.

She began her career at Lockheed Martin, leading efforts in MBSE, digital engineering, and applied AI for Department of Defense programs. A Huntsville native and former NCAA Division I and professional golfer, Micheala holds degrees in Electrical and Engineering from the University of Tennessee and is a Ph.D. candidate in Artificial Intelligence at Capitol Technology University.

Doug Allen, PMP - President

Doug Allen is a senior executive with over 35 years of leadership in the defense, national security, and federal technology sectors. Since joining Brown Technologies in 2021, he has guided the company through transformative growth—expanding operations to multiple U.S. locations and increasing revenue sixfold. Throughout his career, Doug has led business units supporting critical Department of Defense programs, directed capture efforts exceeding $2 billion, and helped position companies for long-term success. A Huntsville native, he is an active leader in the local defense community, having served as President of ASMDA and HAMA. He holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Auburn University and is a certified PMP.
